Public notice
Seller Agreement
This agreement is about how you list on PUPMKT. Purchases, payments, seller payouts, fees, shipping, returns and buyer protection are not open in this release and no term about them is in effect.
In effect. Approved 18 September 2026.
Applicability
Published by Dravara, LLC. This notice describes the scope and practices stated below. Publication does not activate an unavailable service or, by itself, establish a user's agreement to a contractual provision.
A contractual provision requiring your agreement applies only where there is a legally effective agreement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing published here makes privacy rights, other nonwaivable rights or Dravara's legal obligations depend on your accepting a contractual provision.
Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property, and their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or participation. A partnership, acquisition, licensing or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.
What this agreement covers
- This agreement is about how you list on PUPMKT. It applies when you prepare, submit, edit or display a listing, and it applies alongside the Terms of Use and the Marketplace Rules. Where those documents and this one cover the same ground, read them together; where this one is more specific about listing, it governs listing.
- PUPMKT charges you nothing under this agreement and moves no money. There is no listing fee, no commission, no subscription and no payout in this release. Dravara is not the seller of your item, does not take title to it and does not collect payment for it.
- Where listing preparation or display tools are available to you, this agreement governs how you use them. An available account, a saved draft or a displayed listing does not by itself create a sale, activate a payout service, authorize a charge or commit you to terms that have not been published.
Who may list
- You may list only if you are at least 18 years old and can lawfully use the service, which is the account rule in the Terms of Use. If you list for a business or on another person's behalf, you must have authority to do so and must not misrepresent whose goods they are.
- List under your own account. Do not sell, share, rent or transfer account access, and do not operate more than one account to evade a limit, a restriction or a removal. You are responsible for what is listed from your account.
- You must be entitled to offer the item: it must be yours to list, or you must have permission from the person whose item it is. Do not list an item you do not have.
One item, described accurately
- A listing describes one physical item, meaning the single unit the listing is about. Do not combine several models, part numbers, sizes, variants or quantities in one listing. Where a category asks for a model or an identifier, give the one that belongs to the item in hand, and do not put a second, different model or part number in the title or in another field.
- Describe the item truthfully: its condition, its faults, what is included and what is missing, its authenticity and its ownership. Do not overstate condition, omit damage, reuse another seller's description as if it were your own, or choose a category, title or attribute that places the item where a reader would not expect to find it. Compatibility with other products is a separate statement about what the item fits, not part of what the item is.
- Do not list what the Prohibited and Restricted Items policy forbids, and do not present a counterfeit, stolen, recalled or unsafe item as a legitimate one. Nothing about a category label, a saved draft or the technical ability to enter content is permission to list a restricted item.
Photographs of the actual item
- Photographs in a listing must show the actual item you are listing. Do not substitute a manufacturer image, a stock photograph, a rendering or another seller's photograph for the item, and do not edit a photograph so that it conceals a fault or shows a condition the item does not have. A photograph that illustrates a detail rather than the item itself must be identified as such in the description.
- You must hold the rights you need in every image, description and other material you submit, and you are responsible for what you submit. A rights owner can report a concern through the Copyright and DMCA Policy or the Intellectual Property Policy, and Dravara acts on those reports under those policies.
Permission to display your listing
- So that PUPMKT can show what you list, you give Dravara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, reformat and resize for display, and publicly display the content of your listing on PUPMKT, including wherever a listing appears on the service such as search results and category pages. This permission is for operating and displaying your listing. It does not transfer ownership of your content, it does not let Dravara use your content to advertise PUPMKT elsewhere without your agreement, and you keep every right you had in it.
- The permission lasts while the listing is displayed, and afterwards only for backups, records and obligations Dravara is required to meet. If you remove a listing, Dravara stops displaying it; copies may remain in backups and in records that must be kept.
- Dravara does not claim ownership of your item, does not act as its seller and does not warrant it to anyone.
Removal, review and account standing
- Dravara may decline, remove, hide, restrict or reformat a listing that breaches this agreement, the Marketplace Rules or the law, or that presents a material safety or security risk. Where the risk is urgent, protective action may be taken before any review.
- Where reasonably practicable and lawful, you may ask for review of a removal or a restriction through Legal Notices. A request does not guarantee a particular decision, remedy or response time, and this agreement does not create a review right beyond what the law requires.
- Suspension and termination of an account are governed by the Terms of Use. This agreement does not add a separate suspension process, and it does not remove anything the Terms of Use give you.
What is not in effect
- Purchases, payments, seller payouts, fees, shipping and fulfillment, returns and refunds, and buyer and seller protection are not open in this release, and no term about them is in effect. Each of those subjects has its own page saying so: Fees, Payments and Payouts, Shipping and Fulfillment, Returns and Refunds, Buyer Protection and Seller Protection.
- Nothing in this agreement commits you to those terms in advance, and listing under it is not acceptance of them. Before purchases, payments or payouts open, Dravara will publish the terms that apply to them, and you will be able to read them before they apply to you.
