An account or saved listing does not authorize a payment, establish a payout schedule or guarantee access to proceeds. Before activation, PUPMKT will identify the applicable payment-provider arrangement and disclose authorization/capture, refunds, disputes, verification, payout timing and any permitted holds or reserves.
