Public notice
Intellectual Property Policy
Do not submit or use PUPMKT content that infringes another person's rights, misrepresents authenticity, or offers counterfeit or stolen goods.
Published for review. Not yet in effect.
Applicability
Published by Dravara, LLC. This notice describes the scope and practices stated below. Publication does not activate an unavailable service or, by itself, establish a user's agreement to a contractual provision.
A contractual provision requiring your agreement applies only where there is a legally effective agreement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing published here makes privacy rights, other nonwaivable rights or Dravara's legal obligations depend on your accepting a contractual provision.
Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property, and their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or participation. A partnership, acquisition, licensing or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.
Rules and reporting
- Do not submit or use PUPMKT content that infringes another person's rights, misrepresents authenticity, or offers counterfeit or stolen goods. You must have the rights needed for the use you request. A report is an allegation, not a final determination of infringement.
- To report a rights concern, email dmca@pupmkt.com and identify the right, the relevant content or URL, your authority, supporting information and a way to contact you. Copyright notices and counter-notices should follow Copyright and DMCA. That statutory process is not automatically the process for trademark, counterfeit or patent allegations.
- Dravara reviews relevant information and may request clarification, restrict content or access, and notify an affected user where appropriate. An affected person may use the same contact method to request review and provide evidence. We may reject abusive or knowingly false reports. We handle submitted personal information as described in the Privacy Notice. These rules do not require a rights owner to become a seller to contact us.
Report or appeal routing
- Report a concern under the Intellectual Property Policy.
- Request review of a marketplace action under the Intellectual Property Policy.
- These links prepare an ordinary signed-in tracked support ticket with a fixed policy and intent. They do not submit a formal legal notice, verify rights-owner authority, guarantee appeal eligibility, or replace any separately gated statutory, DMCA, regulator, or law-enforcement intake.
