Applicability

A contractual provision requiring your agreement applies only where there is a legally effective agreement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing published here makes privacy rights, other nonwaivable rights or Dravara's legal obligations depend on your accepting a contractual provision.

Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property, and their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or participation. A partnership, acquisition, licensing or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.

Conduct

• Use PUPMKT honestly and lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit materially misleading information, infringe rights, threaten or harass people, expose private information unlawfully, distribute malware, disrupt service or bypass account and feature restrictions. Do not use automation to evade limits or gain unauthorized access.
• Where content or listing-preparation tools are available, do not submit counterfeit, stolen, prohibited or recalled goods as legitimate offers, misrepresent condition or ownership, or use duplicate and misleading content to manipulate discovery. No rule on this page activates purchases, bidding or other unavailable services. Collusion, shill bidding, feedback extortion and deceptive review manipulation are prohibited wherever a relevant feature is available.
• Dravara may remove content or restrict access to address a violation or material safety/security risk. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, the affected person may request review through the contact methods in Legal Notices. Urgent protective action may occur before review. A report does not guarantee a particular decision, remedy or response time.
