Public notice
Prohibited and Restricted Items
Do not use PUPMKT to offer or promote prohibited goods.
In effect. Approved 18 September 2026.
Applicability
Published by Dravara, LLC. This notice describes the scope and practices stated below. Publication does not activate an unavailable service or, by itself, establish a user's agreement to a contractual provision.
A contractual provision requiring your agreement applies only where there is a legally effective agreement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing published here makes privacy rights, other nonwaivable rights or Dravara's legal obligations depend on your accepting a contractual provision.
Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property, and their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or participation. A partnership, acquisition, licensing or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.
Prohibited goods
- Do not use PUPMKT to offer or promote counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained, recalled or unsafe goods; illegal drugs; unlawful sexual material; financial scams; personal data sold without lawful authority; malware, piracy or unauthorized digital transfers; or unlawful wildlife and environmental products.
- Alcohol, nicotine and tobacco products, prescription goods, weapons, explosives and hazardous goods are not permitted on PUPMKT. We do not offer an exception or approval program for these goods. A category label, saved draft or ability to enter listing information does not authorize an otherwise prohibited item.
- Dravara may remove prohibited content and restrict access. Report a concern through Legal Notices or the available policy-report route, identifying the content and reason. An affected user may request review. This policy does not mean that every regulated product is illegal everywhere; it states the limits of this service.
Report or appeal routing
- Report a concern under the Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy.
- Request review of a marketplace action under the Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy.
- These links prepare an ordinary signed-in tracked support ticket with a fixed policy and intent. They do not submit a formal legal notice, verify rights-owner authority, guarantee appeal eligibility, or replace any separately gated statutory, DMCA, regulator, or law-enforcement intake.
