Public notice
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and Dravara's processing, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
Published for review. Not yet in effect.
Applicability
Published by Dravara, LLC. This notice describes the scope and practices stated below. Publication does not activate an unavailable service or, by itself, establish a user's agreement to a contractual provision.
A contractual provision requiring your agreement applies only where there is a legally effective agreement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing published here makes privacy rights, other nonwaivable rights or Dravara's legal obligations depend on your accepting a contractual provision.
Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property, and their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or participation. A partnership, acquisition, licensing or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.
Rights that may apply
- Depending on the law that applies to you and Dravara's processing, you may have rights to confirm whether information is processed, access or obtain a portable copy, correct or delete information, opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling, limit certain sensitive-data uses, or appeal a request decision. Not every law or right applies to every person or activity. Florida governing law in a contract does not eliminate a protection that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
How we handle a request
- Use Privacy Requests to contact Dravara. We assess the applicable right and request only information reasonably necessary to handle the request and any required verification. We explain a refusal or limitation and how to appeal where required. We respond within the applicable legal period, with any permitted extension and required notice. We do not retaliate for exercising a protected right. Authorized representatives may contact us with appropriate evidence of authority; do not send unnecessary identity documents with the initial request.
- Applicable deadlines and rights differ by law and by the processing involved. We determine the applicable period when we receive a request rather than applying one deadline to every request. Handling is manual in this release; that does not reduce a legally required response period.
