Applicability
Published by Dravara, LLC. This notice describes the scope and practices stated below. Publication does not activate an unavailable service or, by itself, establish a user's agreement to a contractual provision.
A contractual provision requiring your agreement applies only where there is a legally effective agreement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing published here makes privacy rights, other nonwaivable rights or Dravara's legal obligations depend on your accepting a contractual provision.
Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property, and their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or participation. A partnership, acquisition, licensing or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.
Where notices appear

The listing form shows one line that links to this notice; the Listings section below says what that form collects. Only the fields and features currently made available collect information. Mentioning a payment or other unavailable program in a policy does not activate it.
Sign-in
- We collect sign-in information when you sign in. With a one-time code, we send the email address you enter to WorkOS, our identity provider, to deliver and verify the code. Where Google sign-in is offered and you choose it, you are redirected through Google and WorkOS, and we receive your email address, the name on your Google account, a reference Google uses to identify your account, and the sign-in method used. We also create a session and keep security evidence about it. The PUPMKT sign-in rate-limit record uses a keyed digest of your email address rather than the address itself. Contact and support
- We use your contact details and message to respond to and handle your request. Do not include passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary identity documents. See the Privacy Notice for recipients and retention.
Listings
- When you create a listing, we collect the details you enter (its title, description, condition, category details, price and delivery choices) and the photos you upload, and link them to your account.
- Nothing in a listing is public until you publish it. When you publish, anyone can see the listing's details and photos, your seller display name and your public handle. Proof you provide for review and item identifiers stay private.
- A draft in your browser keeps your form text until you abandon it or sign out; it never keeps your photo files. Photos are uploaded only after the draft is saved to your account, and they go through file and safety processing before they are used.
- Do not include personal or sensitive information in a listing or its photos, such as identity documents, faces, addresses, contact details or payment details, unless a private review step specifically asks for it. Remove location and device information from a photo before you choose it: we do not promise to remove it unless the media service confirms it.
- We retain this information for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and to meet applicable legal obligations, including any required legal hold.
