Product Safety and Recalls

A contractual provision requiring your agreement applies only where there is a legally effective agreement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing published here makes privacy rights, other nonwaivable rights or Dravara's legal obligations depend on your accepting a contractual provision.

Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property, and their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or participation. A partnership, acquisition, licensing or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.

The current rule

• Do not offer or represent recalled or unsafe products as eligible for sale through PUPMKT. Check applicable official recall information and provide accurate identifying information for any item submitted through an available feature. A listing field, photograph, automated check or saved draft is not certification that a product is safe.
• Report a suspected recall or safety issue through Legal Notices or the available safety-report route, identifying the item and supporting information. Dravara may restrict content or access while reviewing a safety concern. Publication of this rule does not mean that PUPMKT screens every product against every recall source or that purchases are open. Customer-order notification, fulfillment and remedy procedures will be published and made operational before the transaction activities they govern begin.

• These links prepare an ordinary signed-in tracked support ticket with a fixed policy and intent. They do not submit a formal legal notice, verify rights-owner authority, guarantee appeal eligibility, or replace any separately gated statutory, DMCA, regulator, or law-enforcement intake.
