Browsing, entering a draft amount or discussing an item through an available nontransactional feature does not create an accepted PUPMKT offer or authorize payment. Before binding offers open, the acceptance event, expiration, counteroffer and withdrawal rules, inventory reservation, total charges, payment obligation and dispute process will be disclosed.
