Applicability
Published by Dravara, LLC. This notice describes the scope and practices stated below. Publication does not activate an unavailable service or, by itself, establish a user's agreement to a contractual provision.
A contractual provision requiring your agreement applies only where there is a legally effective agreement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing published here makes privacy rights, other nonwaivable rights or Dravara's legal obligations depend on your accepting a contractual provision.
Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property, and their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or participation. A partnership, acquisition, licensing or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement.
Contacting Dravara
- Government authorities may contact Dravara, LLC at legal@pupmkt.com or at 3564 Avalon Park E Blvd Ste 1-A881, Orlando, FL 32828. Identify the requesting agency, official contact information, legal authority, relevant accounts or records, requested period and the process relied on. We verify the source and assess the lawful scope of a request before acting.
- Preservation and disclosure are different requests. The process required for disclosure depends on the information sought and applicable law. An informal demand does not by itself require disclosure. An emergency request must explain the emergency and the legal basis for any requested disclosure; describing a request as urgent does not guarantee access to information. We may seek clarification or additional process.
- We limit disclosure to information lawfully provided and give user notice where appropriate and legally permitted. We may withhold or delay notice when law prohibits it or another lawful exception applies. Foreign requests must use an applicable lawful process. This page does not promise that particular records exist, that Dravara monitors emergencies continuously, or that email replaces a legally required method of service.
